Social Media Community Management
Below are samples of my community management work, particularly from my assignements with Microsoft over the years. My community management experience includes monitoring comments to understand the sentiment across channels, and engaging with users as necessary. In this case, I led reactive engagement during Microsoft’s annual flagship conference, Microsoft Ignite, I engaged with users at the event, as well as looked out for what topics and products that audiences were talking about.
I specialize in engaging with communities, responding to positive comments, and offer help when users are having trouble. As seen below, when there is a special call out, such as when someone in our audience receives an award, then I will give special attention to that user. I share events, information, and do what I can to keep the community informed, and engaged.
